Shipping & Returns
All items are dispatched from the United Kingdom via our delivery partner Royal Mail. We strive to dispatch on the same day whenever possible. Items will be sent at the latest within 2 working days of cleared payment. UK buyers can expect delivery within 4 days under normal postal conditions, while international buyers should receive their items within 6-15 days. Each item is carefully packaged with layers of bubble wrap, wrapping tissue paper, and secure postage bags, all included in the item's cost.
If you wish to change the postage address after payment please contact me as soon as possible.
Upgrades
Postage upgrades, including, tracked service etc. are available, in this case please contact us. We offer a personalised gift wrapped service on items above £10.00 at an extra £5.00 which includes: First Class, Gift wrapping, Personalised note from you, Minus any invoice (which will be emailed to you) Priority dispatch Please contact me about this at purchase
Return & Exchange Policy
I offer a refund policy so that if you are not satisfied with the item I offer refunds within 28 days of purchase, items will be asked to be returned before refund is given (customer must provide shipping). Refunds will include the original postage cost.
Additional policies
ImpalaPrints are open to suggestions about new items or project ideas, (even shared projects). If you are interested in a more personalized item or specific print then there is scope for me to produce or locate something aligning with your interests.
